In harmony with social and cultural changes Passion offers a program of innovative and super fun non-agonistic activities, in a ludo-sportive style focused on promotion and proposal of amateur sports activities such as track skiing, freeriding and freestyle.
We reserve particular sports promotion techniques to the youngest children coming to know skiing through innovative and proven methods.
Sestriere Passion Ski Team sees light in summer 2012 with the idea of amplifying the sports offer in Sestriere, proposing amateur sports activities to thrill and make all those little athletes tired of an agonistic-only approach to skiing happy.
The name “Passion” comes from the desire to spread passion, and the easily recognizable logo of a boy jumping in a heart, just like skiing does, was drawn by a dear friend of the founders with a peculiar artistic instinct in a warm Vercelli afternoon, Andrea Greggio.
Passion Ski Team Founders are Alex Favaro, 25 at the time, former athlete in an agonistic ski club in Via Lattea and now 3rd level instructor with Freestyle specialization and technical director of Passion Ski Team, and Valentina Garabello, 24 at the time, amateur athlete but economy and web social marketing enthusiast, interests successfully followed in her university education.
Valentina now manages communication and marketing in Sestriere Passion Ski Team.
Sestriere Passion Ski Team makes word go by quick about itself… team colours are more than one, vivid and immediately recognizable by those who spend time on Sestriere and Via Lattea slopes.
The dominant yellow covers first-time members and the first professionals that chose to enter in this small, different-minded world with innovative and clear ideas.
